Challenge: InClix, a startup SaaS formed by Roland DG, asked our help to redefine their brand, launch their marketing and redesign the front end of the website. They created an online tool to make creating signs and videos incredibly easy.
Solution: Using our patented strategic process S.M.A.S.H. we conducted a series of focus groups and interviews to get to the core of the business. Then we relaunched the brand under the name InClix Creative Media Maker with an updated logo and brand style guide. Focusing on relevant messages to the pain points of our target we used a bold, colorful design system that was all easily created using the InClix design

InClix Creative Media Maker surpassed our client’s expectations in brand awareness and product trials. We made our target audience aware of the growth potential for their business by using the tool as a design service and exceeded all benchmark numbers for website traffic and conversions.
As the system was preparing to launch, we realized that we needed to start creating our own examples of the work that our target could create with the platform in order to serve both as templates and as a capability demonstration.
